Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and product in a hospital-clean facility
- Supervise and train team members
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Implement quality improvements
Job Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Strong leadership potential.
- Basic math, accounting, and personal computing skills.
- High school or College preferred.
- Ability to calculate and analyze data.
- Strong interpersonal, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong operational skills in a fast paced environment.
- Minimum 1-3 years in a Management or Supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the hospitality industry. College degree may be used in lieu of previous management experience.
